A/N: started as a random textfic i sent right after the battle royale online against SuJu fans..man was that really fun! hahaha!! Exciting!! Oh and guess who the fangirl is...wo0o0o0!! *does the bananaman dance from plurk.com*
It was aleady 4 am in their apartment in Shibuya-ku, but Masaki was still hunched over his laptop. He was clumsily trying to type in english, brow furrowed in deep concentration that he barely noticed the time. He had to help out, its the only way he could think of thanking them. He can hear Sho grinding his teeth from the bed they shared. The rapper's shirt was already rumpled and bunched up is torso. The bedclothes in disarray around him as his hand rached out for Masaki's side of the bed. Feeling nothing but the cool sheets next to him, he was roused from his sleep.
"M-Masaki..?", Sho sat up rubbing his eyes. His newly trimmed hair sticking out in different funny directions. Masaki almost fell from his seat in front of his laptop at the deep sound of Sho's voice.
"Oh..I thought you were still asleep..its still early..." he stuttered in reply, trying to close the laptop down. He smiled nervously back at his Sho-chan.
"Sou ka...." The rapper looks at the clock next to be bed then back at Masaki," then why are you up? Nani sore?"
"Ahhh~ b-betsu ni" the younger one says with a genki grin. Sho is already suspicious but lets it go, he knew better than to pry. Aiba on the other hand was dying to tell him anyway by the looks of him. Sho just got up from the bed and counted in his head. Five. four. Three. Two. One.
"Ok. I'll tell you", the taller one cried out all of a sudden, pouting up at Sho who was standing in his pajamas.
"Nani?" Sho's deep voice asked.
"Anou~ I was trying to help out.."
"Help? Dare ka? Nino? Ohchan? Matsujun?" the older one's face tried to work out who was in trouble.
"Ahhh~ iie.. not them.. Them",Masaki opened the laptop again and the page for the Channel [V] Battle of the Pops stared back at Sakurai Sho. Suddenly the rapper burst out laughing.
"You're... voting for us?" the rapper said in between chuckles.
"Mou~ Chigau yo!!" Masaki pouted and turned to the laptop, trying to go back to what he was doing. Trying to copy from a note pad and replying to this other person on YM. Sho was so amused at the thought but then let his chuckles die down as he saw his love's determined expression.
"Ne...Masaki.." Sho peered over Aiba's shoulder, bending over to rest his chin on the taller one's shoulder. Masaki kept silent as he desperately tried to ask this other person over the YM and started to go over other sites methodically. Sho nodded, he understood what Masaki was doing and hugged his neck.
"I just wanted to help out..." Masaki started to say,"Do you see how hard the fans are trying to vote for us?"
The tallest Arashi member let the cursor click on other screens showing posts from forums, blogs and networking sites asking for votes for their group. Sho smiled, his chest felt like it was tightening. He understood, pulling away from Aiba.
"What's more this girl....is really nice.." Masaki showed a post of a fangirl.
"Oi~ be careful ne..."Sho warned.
"Daijoubu I used a gaijin name...Cris.." he showed his YM window.
"Sou.. demou..."
"Tanoshii desu!"Aiba interjected, giggling before turning in his chair to face Sho.
"Eh?"
"It fun. And I'm happy they're doing this for us. They are tired already but they still go on. I want to thank them but...but I can't. So I'll help..This is the only way I can think of, Sho-chan..." At that point, tears began to fall from Masaki's eyes. Sho'face clouded over with concern and understanding. He knelt in front of his love and started to wipe his tears.
"Mah..Mah..I think they already know we thank them for where we are today ne~" he cups Masaki's face and smiles.
"S-sho-chan........."he started crying all over again, leaning forward and falling into Sho's comforting arms.
"My masaki has a very kind heart ne..but too much of a crybaby~"
"Mou~" Aiba collected himself and drew back from Sho, smiling and then pouting a little. He was so cute when he did that.
"Ja let's help them ne~" Sho said as he pulled another chair next and started to open his own macbook. Masaki was nothing but smiles as he started to chat with the fangirl again.
"Ne who are you chatting with?" the rapper asked.
"uhm she's really nice and funny~" Aiba said.
"Sou ka.."
"and she has an avy of you and matsujun in bed"

what nodoby seemed to notice that Sho was now lacing his hands through Jamie's. The girl tried to shrug it off but was caught by Kathy. The girl took a tentative step towards the couple, her face blank. Jamie was afraid of this very moment, when Katz would find out the truth. How Jamie went back on her promise. Her heart pounded, blood was ringing in her ears, she felt faint but just squeezed Sho's hand who also noticed the other girl approaching them. Jamie took a deep breath and braced herself, Katz stopped in front of her her jaw set and looked at Jamie straight in the eyes.
"Anou~ Kathy-chan..please let me explain. I-" Jamie started to say. But Sho interrupted her, pulling her away from her friend's icy stare.
"Please don't be like this-" Sho started.
"Like what?" Kathy asked, her face nonchalant.
"Kathy..." Tina was next to the girl in moments.
"Don't stop her. I deserve whatever she's going to say. I just want to say I'm sorry but I guess there's no point in that either" Jamie was trying to fight back the tears, taking a deep breath. Sho squeezed her hand but she just let his hand go.
"What's the fuss about? I was going to congratulate you two. I mean, if Sho-kun chose you, what am I to do right? I'm just happy it's not Kobayashi Mao" A big smile spread on Kathy's lips. She stepped towards a now tearful Jamie and hugged the taller girl.
"Hontouni arigatou, Kathy-chan" the older one hugged back and sniffed before pulling away and giggling. Sho just smiled and scratched his head.
"Why are people fussing over this baka anyway?" Matsujun commented loudly from the other end of the room, half-naked in his jeans. He was shrugging on a gray shirt and a few siggles from the other girls made Aiba chime in.
"Sou desu ne. It's just Sho-chan anyway..." Masaki walked over, now fully clothed and rumpled the older one's hair.
"Oi~" the rapper protested but still smiled smugly at the attention.
"Mah..mah..are we going or what?" Matsujun ever impatienly asked.
"Sou. Ikuzo. Minna is invited to celebrate with Arashi. We have a new Jweb translator and possibly an International Promotions Manager, Jamie-chan!" the tall and genki man cried out, a lot of the staff who were listening clapped and congratulations were said. To say that Jamie was surprised at the announcement wasn't even enough to say what she really felt. Its like a splash of cold water. It was really happening. But she had to choose, to go with Arashi and celebrate or go home ans prepare for the morrow. As if to answer her, Sho took her hand and tugged it.
"Eh?" Jamie looked up at him.
"Iku.." he nodded and said softly. It was one of his smiles that made her melt inside...mah...it made every fangirl melt inside. She just rolled her eyes at him. He didn't understand why she had such an expression and pouted.
"Shoganai. Ja iku" she said and turned to the others, waiving them to follow. Soon after, they were at club O2. The music was thumping, bodies were moving to the beat on the dancefloor. This was an exclusive club. A lot of the girls there looked posh. Annie was dressed alright in the jeans she designed herself and she had a good top on. Kathy looked like she was dressed for clubbing anyway so she did fit in. Tina was always trendy so she was fine but Jamie looked down at her drab streetwear and turned to Sho to whisper,"I think I look out of place"
"Does it matter?" he chuckled back. The curly-haired girl beamed, he didn't care much but she'd make it a point to dress up in the future, just in case. She made a mental note on that. The night went well, Kathy was chatting away with Nino andAnnie was drawing on a paper napkin that Ohno had been drawing on as well. Seems to be a collaboration of sorts on that. Tina and Lhuke were talking animatedly to Masaki and Sho. Matsujun smiled at her.
"I'm glad Sho-kun managed to wake up and follow you" the youngest Arashi member said to her.
"Eh?" the girl didn't understand what he was going on about.
Matsujun jus smirked and replied,"Well, whatever happen in the future, know that if Sho-kun gets stupid again....I'm here to hit him back. Keio boy who doesn't know what he wants till its gone"
"Oh..That..." she giggled and remembered that Sho told her it was Jun who made him realize things. She was glad things turned out ok but she was still nervous about the whole situation. She was starting over in a place complately alien to her with a guy who she barely knew. But she just nodded and hoped her heart and her mind would help her make responsible decisions. The night went on and Sho found out a few surprising things abuot her. One, Jamie was able to down hard drinks like he did and barely get tipsy at all. He wondered how he was going to get her drunk one day but abandoned the thought anyway. Two, she danced well. Surprisingly even hust a few repeated movements made him look away and drink cold beer again. Matsujun just smirked and laughed at him, knowing what the older man was already thinking. Three, the girl was very specifit about time and asked that they call it a day since they all had work the next day. Four, she didn't like the him to pay for her tab, which made him scratch his head since it was Arashi's treat. She still insisted to pay them back, how quirky could a girl ever get? But it endeared her to him. She wasn't liekt he girls she dated before, just taking advantage of what they could get from him.
Jamie, in turn, learned that most of what she knew about Sho was true. He drank like there was no tomorrow and Aiba got drunk easily. Sho was still gentlemanly, insisting her not to pay for anything but she wouldn't hear of it. And that Sho was not only a Do S but a closet ero. She was giggling at the glances he kept making at her. Poor thing won't be getting any of that in the near future, she thought after she said goodbye to the others and climbed into Sho's car.
"Kaeru kiotukette" she waived to them through the car's window and rolled it up, turning to the man next to him. Sho just drove on and turned on the BMW's cd player and hit a nomber. It made a song play, something that got Jamie singing along to.
"You know this song?" Sho glanced at her disbelievingly.
"Mochiron. I'm a fan. What's it all about? Ayatsurarerunohamou iya oh-oh ! What's it all about? Not your puppet girl any more ! Oh-oh !" she sang softly along, nodding her head.
"Sou ka. Do you know that I-" he started.
"I was surprised when I found out about it actually. Ne you missed that turn...My street is over that way" the girl pointed to the street they just passed, her head turned as it faded from her view.
"Iie~ I just got a message that we have a new place for you nearer the Jimousho and your contract is there to be signed as well so I have to take you there now. Daijoubu, your things have been trasferred already " he smirked and just drove on.
"Eh? But where? Goodness...this is all happening so fast.. I didn't even have time to say goodbye to Ate Sonia" she murmured as the rapper pulled up along an apartment complex and parked the car,turning off the engine.
"Let's see. Apartment 5-A, iku~" he got out and lead the way up the building and into an elevator. It stopped on the fifth floor and took her hand. It was a brightly lit hallway and they turned to the left and stopped a few paces in front of a door that was ajar.

the intro for Matsujun's solo was already playing and it was really something that made her breath hitch. This is it, she thought as the lights made her blink. She was going through what she wat told that was going to happen. Aiba was going to ask her a few questions wtih Sho beside her. How hard could that be, right?

"Are you alright, Jamie?" Sho was concerned. His face was doubtful of what was going to happen. He knew that lately the Jimousho had been changing, getting more..uhm.. 'interactive' so to speak. The rapper just wondered how this would end up, looking at the obviously nervous girl next to him. Jamie reached for his lapel and started fixing it again, making sure it was connected properly underneath all the clothing.

He wasn't going to lie, he liked that she was the one taking care of him but eyes did stare at them. And he couldn't help but let his lips split into a wide toothy grin. His signature chipmunk grin. The woman looked up for a moment and smirked before patting down his clothes.

"What are you smiling at?" she asked, he cheeks burning a bright pink. She didn't want to look up at him again. It was one thing to help a guy dress up but Sakurai Sho????? This was turning out quite insanely. The girl turned away and heard that the song will be ending soon and they will start filming in a few moments.

"You...Who else?" Sho was about to go on but the director came in announcing that they will be starting. Aiba was ready and hyped up next to the camera, ready to pop into the frame at any moment. A nod from the director and they started. Sho was putting on his pink jacket and the curly-haired girl helped him into it before they heard Jun.
"Ne minna, I wonder how the new helper is" the youngest Arashi member asked, trying to catch his breath as Nino and Ohno came on stage in the same pink jacket and pants that Sho had one.
"Sou sou...how are they? I wonder if Sho-kun did something to the fan ne" Nino's face had a mischievous grin. Jun disappeared conveniently as Jamie and Sho's fussing was shown on the video wall.
"Oi..there they are!" Ohno said as he pointed to the two.
Aiba then popped into the frame from beside the cameraman, next to the girl. That she was in between either idol, "Yatta! I'm here to report what's happened to Sho's new personal assistant"
Sho waived at the camera and so did the girl nest to him, trying not to melt under the glare of the lights.
"Ne Jamie-san, how is to be Sho-chan's assistant?" the tall genki man asked, putting the microphone near the girl.
"Its not such an easy task ne. I had to remember which clothes go with which shoes and which set of clothes go under the ones you see at the moment. Demou tanoshii desu" she said into the mic and smiled nervously.
"Sou desu ne. What about Sho-chan? How was he?" Aiba was having a hard time keeping a straight face.
"Ahh...anou~"
"What's that question for?" Sho interrupted like a whining kid before the girl could even answer.
"We just want to know from her how you are... Doushite?" Aiba was smirking now.
"Mah..mah.. I'll answer..." the girl stifles her giggles then continnues. "Anou~
Sakura-san is quite serious ne. Very professional ne. He smiles and tries to make small talk. I just nod and smile back though"
"Sho-chan is always like that...Ne sho-chan?"Aiba commented, grinning at the rapper.
"I do my best" Sho clasped his hands behind him, nodding and trying to look serious and funny at the same time.
"Sou des ne. What about you Sho-chan? What can you say about Jamie-san?"
"Jamie-san was quiet I do admit ne. But she was very efficient and I'd say she did well. Otsukaresama deshita, Jamie-san. " he replied and bowed slightly towards the girl.
"Ahh..doumo arigatou for asking me, Sakurai-san" she bowed lower.
"Maybe you scared her" they heard a voice say. Nino was being focued by the camera, his arms crossed, one hand holding his mic, a mischievous smirk on his face. Aiba had to laugh at that and so did some of the other people in the room. Sho and Jamie didn't know where all this was leading to, unlike them.
"Who said that?" Sho looked like someone hit him but it seemed like he was just acting anyway, looking around to see who it was.
"I did" the monitor in the dressing room showed Nino raising his hand still smirking then going back to having his hands akimbo in his pink suit, Ohno next to him.
"Are!" Sho's face was a bit jokey now. He obviously caught on with the little skit.
"Well, why did Jamie-san become quiet then? Ask her yourself!" the gamer asked back.
"sou ne" Aiba nodded.
"Can I not answer that?" the girl replied, shyly staring at her sneakers.
"Let's not force her ne.." Sho's face turned to genuine concern, if people didn't look closely, they'd think he's jsut being polite.
"Come on Jamie-san, just answer the question" Matsujun materialized next to Ohno in his own pink suit.
"Ok..ok... anou~ I wasn't really scared of Sakurai-san. I was just really scared to make a mistake that I just tuned him out and focused ne. Besides, Hes isn't big enough to be scary" the girl giggled in reply.
"Not big enough, you heard it ne Sho-chan" Aiba's giggle was echoed by the stifled laughter in he dressing room and the general din out in the dome upstairs.
"Mou~ I'm not sure if that was a compliment but at least I wasn't scary" the rapper had a smile on his face, letting his eyes fall on the girl's expression. There was understanding in the way he looked at her. She understood in return but they both remained aloof.
The interrogation went on, they made the fan sing her favorite Arashi song and even try rapping since she was a fan of Sho. It was all very cute but then after the din, she was sent back to her seat. Sho thanking her and bowing politely as if they didn't know each other at all. The next songs were wonderful. Love so sweet, Still, Koe and Jidai. They had one more set before the two encores where Sho and Aiba stopped and waived near where Jamie and the others sat. The girl noticed that the girl near her was really wanting to throw a trinket onto the walkway. The curly-haired brunette tapped the girl's shoulder in front of her.
"Anou, did you want to give something to Ninomiya-san?" she asked. A nod was the only reply asfter a few moments of thought. THe boys were almost at their last song 5x10. As the intro of the song played, a lot of fangirls were already screaming. Jamie had to lean over to tell Paola to join them backstage since she had passes for them all, she might be able to sneak her in as well.
After Arashi had said and waived goodbye to their fans, they all went backstage. Soon the fans kept chanting for another encore but Jamie knew there won't be another so she told the others to ready themselves to go backstage. The tall girl lead he way and was accosted by one of the production staff, a burly man that really scared them but the voice was familliar.
"sumimasen, Rinnu-san desu ka?" the man's Id said, Renji. she giggled and smiled.
"Hai, Renji-san. Hajimemashite, I know how you look like now. Doumo arigatou for taking care of me earlier ne" she bowed at the man before explaining to the others that who he was.
"Ahh..hai..Hajimemashite" his face broke into a grin, and was quite pleasant. He then showed them the way to the dressing rooms. Aiba was pulling on a new shirt and looked up midway, his hair rumpled his expression very funny. sho helped him pull the shirt down, before noticing that they girls were there. Sho's eyes brightened up at the sight of her again and he signature grin was back.
"Ne Jamie-chan! Is that Annie-chan?" Ohno waived and came over to chat with the artist, the girl introducing the rest of the fangirls to Arashi. Nino was that the girl from the crowd that caught his eye was there. He tried going near her but she turned away and left something near Jamie's bag before leaving. Nino thought she must either be very shy or just in a huhrry and shurgged it off.

They could hear Aiba saying," Mah...there will be a new scandal now...Arashi's Sakurai Sho, stuck in dressing room with fangirl!" The crowd laughed with him and the rest of the guys. Sho chuckled himself as he took Jamie's hand, leading her to the dressing room. Her hand is cold, he noticed. She's always needing to be warmed, he thought but then let the idea go. They we're already backstage and came into the big dressing room. Their stuff scattered eferywhere. Sho's assistant was sitting on the couch watching the tv and holding her headset, she smiled when she saw them and bowed slightly.
"Hi Jamie-chan! Great to see you again" the assistant said as she stood up and handed the monitor and earpiece to the older girl.
"Anou~ nice to see you again, Jo-chan" the taller one hugged her and took items doubtfully.
"Do you know anything about all this, Jo-chan?" Sho asked.
"Anou~ " the petite girl in the green jumper shorts nodded shyly, staring at her hands.
"EH?" the rapper was surprised that he wasn't told. "And the jimousho approved this?"
"Hai" the girl said simply.
"Anou~ don't worry about it. What do I need to do, Jo-chan?" Jamie's face lit up in eagerness to help.
"You have to prepare Sho-kun's clothes. I've done that in order of the set list already, daijoubu. And all you need to know is which ones are layered over the other. But I've already segregated them as well so as not to confuse you" the petite girl had the costumes all grouped already. The rapper was confused.
"So she's really going to do your job ne?"
"Hai. That's what I was told." she shrugged as she helped Jamie wear the monitor.
"Daijoubu, Shosuki. Ganbattekimasu!" Jamie nodded before bowing slightly then wore the earpiece. "Yoroshiku onegaishimasu"
"Demou........" Sho wasn't so sure since she was going to need to touch him in certain places and he wasn't sure if he can keep himself detached and cold. Just thinking about it made it hard for him to think straight. The door opened and Keito-san came in smiling at them, "oh you're here now. This will be the start of your training my dear. I know you haven't signed your contract yet. That is being drafted as we speak, but as of the moment you will be Sho's assistant since Jo-chan here is really sick. Jamie touched the girl's forehead and cried.
"Mou..you have a bit of a fever dear. Can you still go home?" She asked.
"Hai, daijoubu Jamie-chan. I'll be alright. Keito-san said you'll be here so I can rest in the next room. But if you need anything, I'll just be there ne." the younger one said. Jamie nodded and smiled," you can go and take a nap now..I just hope you can with all this ruckus"
"Daijoubu, I'm used to it" she replied as she walked away, leaving Keito and Sho looking at the girl.
"So are you ready? We'll be having cameras here later, it will be part of the concert dvd, alright? And like I said, this will be the start of your training. If you have any difficulty, ask for help. And I'm sure Sho-kun here already knows what to wear next. "What?!" the rapper was bewildered at his manager's expression and then the older man turned to Jamie.
"If he does anything wrong or offends you, don't be afraid to tell me" the older man must be at least 32, the girl thought as he left to talk to the film crew. Jamie just nodded and happily picked up the next batch of clothes, touching them gently. Sho was looking at her a bit mesmerized by the fact that he will be with her more then he will ever imagine. Hesitantly, he turned to leave,"I'll be back later ne"
"I'll be waiting.." Jamie said in a stage whisper, sort of teasingly and giggled. Sho froze just before he reached the door when he heard it and shivered, that was a part of her he wasn't aware of yet. He had to restrain himself from turning on his heel and grabbing Jamie and god-knows-what-else-he-might-do-to-her.

Jamie wanted to know how he would react, trying to muffle a giggle but he just stopped before he reached the door. That was just a moment but then he still went back up to the stage with the others. She just shrugged and looked up the song list, they we're going to goof around for a good hour so she can familliarize herself with the costumes that go with the songs and how many times she'd need to help Sho change clothes. This is crazy, she shook her head. But looking back when she was still watching the making of ARASHI's Step and Go PV, she wanted to have the very job she had right now. She giggled and saw that the room she was in was adjoining another one, she also saw that there was a small terebi where the concert can be viewed live.
It must be so they know if it was time to prepare the next set of clothes or time for them to rest for a bit. After the MC was Satoshi's solo. He was going to perform Top Secret, her eyes widened. She most definitely was sure that Annie would keel over seeing him dance that. Some forty-five minutes later, the headset she was wearing crackled.
"Anou~ Rinnu-san." a voice said.
"H-hai?" She was alarmed and answered with the little microphone attached to the headset.
"I'm Renji-chan, I take care of sequencing. So you'll hear from me a lot of times. The boys are now singing their last two songs for the set and Ohno-san will be leaving the others in a few moments to get ready for his solo. Be ready in 15 mins," the voice said.
"Hai." she didn't really know what to do but it did say in the paper she held that it would take a bit of time for Ohno and Jun to perform their solos. She then checked what costumes Sho would be needing next. Picking up the shiny garment and giggling. Another new garishly and obviously Johnny's costume, but she thought it would look cute on Shosuki. She heard another crackle in her ear, Renji-san was talking to another assistant. Ohno was on his way to get changed which means that the others will be returning to their rooms any moment now. She heard Nino starting to sing: Ooooh~ Yeah~

"I'll keep you updated," Renji-chan said before the crackle stopped. She got up and prepared Sho's next clothes, she heard the voices of Arashi as they came into the other room adjoining the room she entered. Soon Sho opened the door and smiled at her.
"Well, I think I'll take you up on that waiting thing.." he smirked as his arms went around her.
"Oi! Yameru yo!" Her eyes widened.
"Nande? You were teasing me a while ago. Now we have time....", he leans forward to kiss her but shoves him away. "I am a professional person Sakurai Sho. You're at work and I was just kidding. I am not about to get fired from work just by fooling around with you!"
"Sou desu ne.. Can I hug you at least?" He asked with puppy-dog eyes, pleading.
"Fine" she smiled up at his adorable face, how could she not let him. She sank into his arms, letting her head rest on his shoulder. He was sweaty from all the excertion of dancing and moving around on stage but at least he smelled good. Sho kissed her forehead and patted her cheek.
"Would you join us after the concert? We're going out later, clubbing." He said softly.
"Hmmm...I can't I have work tomorrow. You have work tomorrow" she mumbled with her eyes closed, her hands resting on his chest.
"Mah... Like I always say, I work hard and I play hard. Come on. Say you'll join us later" he chided her then pulled away slightly to look at her face. Jamie's eyes fluttered open and looked up to him. They can hear the intro of Ohno's solo playing on the huge speakers upstairs.

" Anou~ do you want-" she was taken aback by what she saw, he was only a few steps away from her. A smug smile on his face was in place as he approached her. It was like a movie in slow motion in her brain. This is not happening. This cannot be happening, her brain wasn't functioning properly. She took a step back, bumping into the fridge. But Sho came even closer, a crackle came from her headset.
"Jamie-san would you please tell Sakurai-san that after Jun's solo, he would need to go underneath the stage for the next set." Renji-chan said into her right ear. She snapped awake, he noticed her expression.
"Hai" she said into the mouthpiece, "wakattemasu"
"Doushite?" Sho asked.
"Is he there?" Renji-chan's voice asked.
"Hai. He's here in front of me" she replied, raising her had to tell Sho to be quiet. The rapper was about to ask again when Jamie held up her hand.
"Tell him that the video crew will be there in a few moments, we'll be filming you two together for a bit" the backstage production head told her.
"WHAT?!" the curly-haired girl was surprised at what she was told. Sho's face grew concerned.
"What is it, Jamie?" he reached out to touch her but she moved away, making him more agitated. Renji-chan was explaining why as the girl was trying to calm down.
"Just please tell me Renji-chan. It's not ending up on the concert dvd, right?"
There was a pause from the girl and then came a sigh of relief. The tall man was already wondering what was going on.

"Hey, Yo Tokyooooo!!!!" Sho greeted. Fans cheered and greeted back happily. "Oi! Thanks for coming to see us! We're Arashi, douzo yoroshiku"
He bowed with the rest and there was a hum heard throughout the dome.
"So I heard that your personal assistant is sick today, Sho-kun" Nino asked.
"Sou desu ne...she called in sick today and I've had to do a lot today but that's okay. She needed rest." the rapper nodded.
"Naruhodo" Ohno nodded then smiled as Jun whispered something to him.
"Ne Sho-kun, why don't we ask help from someone here?" Jun winked at Aiba.
"I'll help you Sho-chan!" The tallest Arashi member raised his hand and jumped up and down excitedly. A lot of the fans squealed at the thought but Sho just chuckled at the suggestion.
"Not you, baka!" Nino hit him on the head.
"Ehhh?! Nande?" the tall man wanted to know, he looked like he was about to sulk.
Nino was about to launch a tirade but Sho intervened," ...Because you'll need to do things too Aiba-chan. I don't want to be a burden to you ne."
He then hugged his friend, causing the dome to let out ecstatically, seeing them close like that.
"Ohmigod! I have to document this!!" Katz took out her phone and took a picture of the big screen. "Yosh"
The two tall men let go of each other and smiled. It was all part of the plan but what caught Sho off guard was Nino's next statement.
"Ne why dont' we ask for help from your fans, Sho-kun?" the gamer winked at Jun. He was in the loop and their rapper was really surprised at the turn of events. In any case, a tremble can be heard throughout the dome because of the suggestion. Jamie was aghast at the thought. A fan? Able to touch a Johnny's idol? This isn't happening.
"Yosh!" Jun said. "All Sakurai Sho fans in red please stand up."
And like obedient students a lot of fans stood up, most of them squealing in delight. Aiba was jumping in excitement, as if he knew what the outcome.
"Now all those carrying uchiwas please remain standing, the others please be seated. Thank you so much." the youngest Arashi member said as some fans sat down, depleting the number of those still squealing. Annie noticed that M.A.D. came out with other Johnny's juniors, she just smiled knowingly as they spread out and started checking the uchiwas.
"Mou...still a lot ne Riida?" Jun put his arm around over the older one's shoulder.
"Sou desu ne..we have to fix that..." the older man said looking up at Jun. Their faces dangerously near one another making everyone squeal in delight, Jamie included. She grabbed Annie's hand and squeezed it as she shouted over the din to Katz,"Are you getting this Kathy?"
"Oh yes I most certainly am..." trying tom contain her emotions and a steady hand to capture the moment.
"OI!!" Get your hands off my Oh-chan!" Nino cried, striding over to them and pulled the other half of OhMiya SK away from their youngest member. Jun just shrugged, smiled and winked at the audience. The whole scene inciting loud screams that Aiba needed to be loud himself.
"Ne..ne..ne..ne..ne! You all do that later...can't I just help Sho-chan instead?" Aiba asked loudly.
"NO!" all the other three said in unison.
"This really isn't necessary guys.." Sho started
"And what? You tripping all over yourself backstage?" Nino smirked.
"Sou desu ne" Jun agreed. Now they wer ganging up on him.
"But...was this approved?" Sho asked.
"YES!" all four replied at the same time. Sho couldn't believe it was but nobody was stopping them yet so it must be true.
"Well..how do we choose from these lovely ladies?" Jun asked.
"Anou~ why don't we keep those with the old uchiwas?" Aiba suggested.
"How old is OLD?" Sho wanted to know.
"Anou~ those older than our How's it going? concert in 2003...would that be ok?" Aiba said.
"Etoooo~" Sho started as MAD came up with only ten fans with old uchiwas. Most of them were home-made and one bought from the concert that night. Jamie was being approached by Tanaka Juri, a cute little thing. He was trying to get her to go with him on stage but she was refusing politely since she didn't stand anyway. Katz took the uchiwa she was holding and went with the kid and whispered something in his ear. The little one nodded and smiled as they went towards the main stage where most of the other nine fans and Arashi were standing. Sho scanned the girls' uchiwas and saw that the oldest one was his Johnny's junior uchiwa, he was trying not to laugh.
"It seems that we have found the girl who will help you Sho-kun" Ohno said.
"Sou desu ne..." the rapper said, chuckling at the uchiwa.
"Anou~ the rest of the girls, we thank you for being here and please do enjoy the rest of the night" Jun said as MAD and the juniors escorted the girls back to their seats. Kathy's heart was beating pretty fast as she stood in front of him. The man she only dreamed of seeing from afar was in front of him now. And at arms reach at that, she took a few deep breaths before she had the courage to look up at him.
"Anou~ hajimemashite!" Sho greeted her with a nod, if he recognized her, he didn't show it.
"H-hajimemashite" she said clearly into the microphone handed to her.
"Onamae wa?"
"Kathy desu"
"It seems you have the oldest uchiwa here tonight ne" Jun said.
The girl was about to reply when Sho turned and asked " Do I really have to do this?"
"Its for your own good ne" Nino said patting his friend's shoulder and smiling at the girl, who was getting giddy as the moments passed by.
"Kuso.." he murmured, he wasn't good at these things. He turned back to the girl and smiled.
"Anou~ this isn't mine really...this is my friend's uchiwa." she explained.
"Ah..sou desu ne...is she shy?" Sho was interested.
"Ahh...very shy" she tried not to giggle.
"So you're not my fan?" he pouted.
"Ah..I am." she protested
"Yokatta!" his smile made her heart skip a beat but she didn't falter.
"Anou~ you should go and get her over there" the petite girl pointed to where Jamie sat. The girl had already pulled with her hoodie over her head, not wanting to be seen.
"Well, lead me to her then, Kathy-san. You come with me Nino" the gamer followed them to the side of the walkway they use and Sho was surprised at who he saw. The well hidden surprise was received with a wink or a waive from Annie and the other girls in their group. He remembered who the girl beside him was. He almost forgot to talk as Nino scanned the scene, also seeing Annie and waiving back then at the other fans in general. His eye caught the girl in front of him. A girl in yellow, blushing beautifuly. He had to drag his eyes away from her hesitantly to speak.
"Anou~ Kathy-san, where is your friend?" he asked, his gaze lingering on the girl in yellow. He just had to smile again.
"Ah..she's over there..covering her face.." the petite girl said pointing to the girl in a black hoodie. The spotlight hit the girl she pointed to and Jamie just covered her face. Annie was trying to get her to look but she won't budge and just shrugged.
"Arigatou for taking me to her, Kathy-san. May I hold that uchiwa please?" Sho bowed and the girl did the same before returning to her seat beside Jamie.
"Anou..what's her name Sho-kun?" Nino was curious but was actually looking at the girl in front of Jamie but the girl wasn't looking back but just looking at her hands. Sho on the other hand knew who it was and was confused if he was going to call her name or not. Or go on with this prank by Matsujun. He was really going to get it from him later. Thankfully, Jamie took her hands away from her flushed face, Sho's heart skipped a beat when he saw her blushing like that. He was glad that after tonight, she was going to stay for a bit longer. He smiled up at her and stretched out his hand for her to take. She was hesistant in going but her friends and the other fans encouraged her. To them it was a chance of a lifetime to touch his hand. If they only knew, she smiled as she stood up to take his hand. She stepped onto the walkway where they performed.
"Anou~ Onamae wa?" Sho wanted to laugh at that question but he knew they had to pretend.
"J-jamie desu." she said softly into the microphone that Katz used earlier, she didn't want to look up at him. She was afraid of what they might give away.
"Hajimemashite, Jamie-san. Anou~ so this uchiwa is yours ne?" He asked, wanting to touch her face and make her look into his eyes but he had to restrain himself. Nino sensing something, turned away from the pretty girl and saw Sho's hand gripping the uchiwa.
"Hajimemashite" Jamie bowed awkwardly and smiled at Nino who bowed and mumbled the greeting back.
"Ah..Jamie-san. How did you get this uchiwa? Have you been Sho's fan since his junior days?" Nino asked out of curiosity.
"Ah..iie.. Jun-bait desu." she explained, Sho's face fell even if he knew the whole story already, he had to look like he didn't know her. The rapper had asked her that so many times and was amused at her story. But when he asked her about her family, she clammed up.
"Ahhhh...so you liked Matsujun first?" Nino smirked as her asked.
"Hai, but I got this uchiwa online. Someone sold it to me." she said
"May we ask how much?" Nino, ever the stingy one
"Ah...sumimasen..I'd rather not say" the girl said
"Ah..sou desu ka. But would you help Sho-kun here please? He has no assistant backstage and he's quite slow when he is alone" the gamer was asking Jamie.
"Etooo~"
"Yoroshiku onegaishimasu" the gamer bowed as their rapper did the same.
Jamie sighed before answering," Hai. Yoroshiku na"
Sho and Nino looked up happily. Sho pumped his fist in the air, pursing his lips, glad that he was able to convince her to join their madness. He lead Jamie to the main stage. Nino didn't want to leave but he had to go back to the others. He wondered who she was. The pretty, olive-skinned girl with lovely black hair and pretty eyes. He'll never get the chance to meet her, he sighed and waived before running after Jamie and Sho, who went past the others. Sho was steering her towards the backstage.
"Oi! Where are you taking the girl, you hentai?!" Jun asked after them. The couple was almost at the stairs going down to the dressing room when Sho stopped short and faced Jun with a furrowed brow.
"OI! Don't call me like that in front of a girl!" Sho was a bit flustered at being called that in front of Jamie. The fans watching were laughing at the scene unfolding in front of them. "I'm just taking her down to the dressing room. She needs to be told what to do deshou? Will Kaori-san be able to help her?"
Jun nodded,"Hai, my assistant is there. Mou..that still isn't the point. The others haven't met her properly yet"
Their youngest strode over and stood in between Sho and Jamie, taking the girl's hand.
"Hajimemashite, Matsujun desu" the young man said as he shook her hand, she obliged and smiled back. Sho put his arm around the girl's shoulder and took her away," Matta ne.. I need her right now ne..I'll be right back...ja.."
Sho waived as he took his arm away from the girl and disappeared down the stairs. The crowd cheered and laughed at what happened. They could hear Aiba saying," Mah...there will be a new scandal now...Arashi's Sakurai Sho, stuck in dressing room with fanl!" The fans laughed with him. Sho chuckled himself as he took Jamie's hand, leading her to the dressing room.

Tokyo dome hushed when the lights dimmed. Jamie was sitting in between Annie and Katz, as Tina and Lhukie were seated behind them. Soon the intro to their new album was heard and the crowd cheered. Jamie's heart was pounding like crazy, she finally will be watching Arashi's concert with her own eyes. But this held more meaning to her since Sho said he will have a surprise for her during the concert. The others knew that it was but they wouldn't say. Soon they emerged on stage, the lights focused on them. Jamie giggled, they have weirder costumes again but Sho was still kakkoi. He started rapping as the others did their dance routine for A.Ra.Shi.
"Iiii kuzoooo!!" Jun yelled out before the chorus of the song. Jamie looked around her, they really put an effort to making everyone happy as most fans really sang to the song and others rapped with Sho. The third upbeat song was still playing when they moved to the stage in the middle of the dome. It was really awesome to watch them live than just on a television screen. Tina and Lhuke were waving their uchiwas and so were Annie and Katz. Jamie just stared and smiled, trying to take it all in.
"Kon'nichiwa!!" Aiba yelled into his microphone, the crowd replies to him every time.
" Kon'nichiwa! Kon'nichiwa! Let's enjoy tonight! Aiba desu!" the tall man bows
"Oi, oi, oi! How is everybody?! " the younger member said into his mic as he fixed his earpiece.
"Genki!!" the crowd yelled back.
"Ii desu ne.Yoroshiku!"" Nino smiled and waived. The girl in front of Jamie squealed with the rest of the crowd cheering.
"Yeeeeeeeeeah! Let's all enjoy tonight Tokyoooooooooo!!" Jun cried out as the fans cheered "Let's do this! Minna, this will be one of the best nights, we'll be having a surprise for everyone!Yeah!"
"Heeeeeeey!! Let's all have a great time tonight! Yoroshiku!"Ohno said, slightly croaking as usual.
"Yeah!Yeah! How you doin' ladiieeeees?!" their rapper yelled into his microphone. Every fan girl cried back in reply.
"Whoa! Let's do this!" Sho started before the beat changed to 'A Day in Our Life'. Aiba and Nino were also rapping with Sho.The petite girl who seems to really like Ninouji. She waived a penlight in one hand and an uchiwa in the other. Her straight hair bobbed as she was dancing to the beat of the song. Jamie sort of recognized her for her yellow blouse and the taller girl couldn't help but try to catch her attention. She was about to tap her shoulder when the spotlights hit them and the glare made Jamie squint. Sho was walking in front of them with Nino behind -him. He was searching a crowd while singing but his eyes lit up as he met her gaze. His smile was blinding and warm. Nino winked as well, making the girl in front of her squeal in delight. Jamie just giggled. Soon I'll be working with them closely, she thought. The two walked past them towards the moving stage at the other end of the dome.
Katz nudged her and gushed,"Ohmigod! Did Shochi just do that?"
"Yeah...He did!" The older woman giggled back.
Aiba's solo was really fun and colorful as usual, the group of Korean fans beside them chanted his name. It was really great. The tallest Arashi member passed them and waived at them winking. After that the lights dimmed again and floodlights shone down on Nino. On the main stage a white Grand piano and they young man was playing the piano again for his solo, Niji. Making everyone melt inside, the girl in from of Jamie and there's Annie and Katz as well.

"Arigatou" Nino said. He bowed to the audience and smirked. He was such a cute thing, Jamie thought. The girl in front of her was really

"Eh?" the girl wiped her tears with a hanky.
"Ah...Nino was really singing beautifully ne?" Jamie said.
"H-hai. I love that song. It really touches my heart everytime." the younger one replied.
"Sou desu ne. Ah, he's your ichiban?"
"H-hai" the girl smiled up at her, Jamie was about to ask something else when she heard the start of a familiar song. The curls on her hair bobbed as she looked up towards the stage.
"~I Love You" Sho started.
"Ohmigod" Jamie said under her breath and giggled. She wasn't expecting him to sing that. His very first solo song for their very first concert, many years ago. The tall girl used to watch that over and over, gushing at how cute he was back then. Now he was wearing older clothes and all but still kawaii.

Jamie snorted and rolled her eyes but she knew inside that she loved that song. Sho and a few of the boys of M.A.D. walked towards them and he was already rapping when he got over to their part of the audience before hesitantly walking away. He went towards the moving stage and the dance routine got more upbeat and as everyone was waiting for, the rest of Arashi popped out of the raised platform and started dancing as well.

Cheers were heard all around them as the song ended with Sho smirking and disappearing as the others sang Jam. The crowd was still hyped up when he returned to joined the other in a rousing version of Di-Li-Li and Move your Body. The whole Tokyo dome was really fired up but then the next song made Jamie's heart stop.

She was a jumble of feelings. She felt happy, surprised and irritated at Sho for doing this. She knew he put them up to it, but Jamie couldn't help but smile. It was a really nice song, the meaning was one of longing. She giggled at herself, how emo can you get,Jamie?! Then She closed her eyes, hearing his deep voice touch her heart. She had always wanted to hear them sing it live, now it was a dream come true.

"Jamie...anou~ daijoubu ka?" Annie was looking at her with concerned eyes. She didn't notice that tears were falling down her face.
"Oh..I~ uhm...i'm alright...daijoubu.." she smiled, wiping the tears away. Her friend gave her a quick hug.

He bowed with the rest and there was a hum heard throughout the dome.
"So I heard that your personal assistant is sick today, Sho-kun" Nino asked.
"Sou desu ne...she called in sick today and I've had to do a lot today but that's okay. She needed rest." the rapper nodded.
"Naruhodo" Ohno nodded then smiled as Jun whispered something to him.
"Ne Sho-kun, why don't we ask help from someone here?" Jun winked at Aiba.
"I'll help you Sho-chan!" The tallest Arashi member raised his hand and jumped up and down excitedly. A lot of the fans squealed at the thought but Sho just chuckled at the suggestion.
"Not you, baka!" Nino hit him on the head.
"Ehhh?! Nande?" the tall man wanted to know, he looked like he wa about to sulk.
Nino was about to launch a tirade but Sho intervened," ...Because you'll need to do things too Aiba-chan. I don't want to be a burden to you ne."
He then hugged his friend, causing the dome to let out extaticaly, seeing them close like that.
"Ohmigod! I have to document this!!" Katz took out her phone and took a picture of the big screen. "Yosh"

It was early morning in Shibuya and in the Jimousho building the young men of Arashi we're already waiting for the first meeting of the day. And a very nervous Aiba sat near the window as Nino and Jun murmured to each other about the reason for the meeting. Ohno mused it was nothing but trivial stuff that needed to be sorted out. As soon as Sho came in, Aiba stood up and rushed towards him and whispered.
"I'm sure. Daijoubu, Aiba-chan" Sho nodded and patted his friend's shoulder. That's when Kitawaga-san came into the room, everyone fell silent as he sat down at the head of the conference room's table. He nodded and the young men sat along either side; Sho and Aiba at one side, while Ohno, Nino and Jun at the other.
"Well, are we all ready?" the small man asked grimly looking around him. The door opened and Sho's manager and lawyer came in to sit beside him.
"Now we are" Sho answered professionally.
"Good. Now I think you all know why we're here this morning. I was supposed to ask only Masaki-kun and Sho-kun to come today but since this has been a long-standing issue with most of the young men in this agency, I might as well stress it further. Am I not right, Masaki-kun?" the old man clasped his hands on the table. His face very stern and unforgiving. Aiba was relly araid of him since his last tryst with an ex-girlfriend. He really didn't want to be kicked out of the jimousho for driving Sho and Jamie-chan but he knew he did nothing wrong.
"A-anou~ Kitagawa-san.." Aiba stuttered.
"If there's anyone to blame here it would be me Kitagawa-san. I know its against the jimousho contract I signed to date or even be involved with anyone. And what happened the other day was not as I had expected. I was only thanking Rinnu-san for not going to the papers about the accident. She was about to leave when the paparazzi came" the rapper explained.
"Sou desu ka? And how do you explain these photographs?" Johnny-san's assistant came in and handed Sho a brown envelope. Yappari, they were pictures of him hugging the girl. He had to will himself not to smile at them. He wanted to keep them for himself but left them on the table for the others to see. Ohno reached for them and showed them to Jun and Nino. Nino smirked, he knew that since Sho was calm, their rapper had a couple of aces up his sleeves. Jun winked at Sho, a sign of solidarity between them before turning poker-faced.
"Ah...these... yes, this was a goodbye. I hugged her goodbye. But when the paparazzi came and interrupted us, I had to take her away from them" Sho answered confidently.
"Hmm...then why is she still here in Tokyo?"
"She was persuaded to stay since she came here to watch our concert tonight" he had a sure answer for everything, his smirk came.
"Naruhodo. But are you seeing her?" the old man asked pointedly. He knew the answer but would like to hear it from the young man. Around this time last year, he had the same problem with him. It didn't really take much to make the young girl to go back to her country and forget about the young rapper.
"Hai. I am seeing her but not exclusively. She hasn't chosen to as of yet"
"Hontouni? An idol such as yourself? Not the girl's kareshi yet? I find that hard to believe!" Kitagawa-san chuckled sarcastically.
"Well, you may believe what you want. But Rinnu-san is not like the other fans we have who will do anything just to get close. That's why I found her to be special. That and a lot more. She doesn't even want to meet me in public" the young man explained.
"Hmm..even so she needs to go back home after the concert tonight or we'll make her go" the old man stated.
"Ah, may I propose something before you do that Kitagawa-san?"Sho was highly polite and the old man wondered why both the young man's manager and lawyer were present.
"If this is to make her stay..."the old man started sternly.
"Please let me finish first and then make your decision" Sho held up his hand. The old man stopped and leaned back on his chair.
"Go on, young man"
"Well, I was wondering if Rinnu-san can work behind the scenes in the Jimousho. I know she writes well, I've seen her work" Sho wasn't lying since he called Annie in the middle of the night and asked what Jamie can do. He ruled out singing since they can't both be idols, that would make things more difficult for them. If he could get Jamie into the Jimousho without the public noticing, that would be his best bet.
"A writer? But she has to write in Nihongo. She may write well in Eigo but~" Kitagawa was against it already but Sho didn't loose hope.
"Ah...Wakatta!"Jun chimed i. "She can write translations for us. A lot of fans are already doing it, why don't we just translate it ourselves ne?"
"Sou desu ne..." Ohno nodded.
"Sou..It would be easier for us to expand outside of Asia, deshou?" Nino added.
"Mou...It would be hard for her since she's not studied the language properly. But she's smart ne Sho-chan?" Aiba nervously said.
"Hai. She is for someone who hadn't finished university education" Sho beamed happily. He knew he couldn't lose this fight.
"Hmmm..but she needs to fully understand everything deshou?" Jun mused.
"Sou, she needs to take Nihongo lessons." Nino declared, nodding in agreement.
"Well, Kitagawa-san?" Sho was hoping for the answer. It was a fifty-fifty thing but he had placed all his cards on the table hoping to win.
"But we have people in the agency who can translate things for us already" Kitagawa was adamant not to let him win easily.
"Well we'll also have a gaijin's point of view on things. She wants to take up communications back in her country. She's good in personal relations and can speak well with other people. She'll be an asset to you Kitagawa-san."he was really determined. After what seemed like an hour but was in fact just a full minute, Johnny stood up,"I'll think about it. Keep her in your sight and not let her be seen in public, I'll settle your issue with the paparazzi"
The old man went out of the room with his assistant and Sho collapsed onto the chair, all that effort had him on his toes.
"Sho-kun, daijoubu. I think We'll get the answer soon enough" Ohno pointed outside the glass window, it was Jamie in her baggy jeans and a loose shirt.
"What is she doing here?" Sho was aghast as she was ushered into the room by the security.
"Anou~ Ohayou gozaimasu. Ahhh~ Keito-san...why am I here? Ahhh~ Shosuki..what's this about?" the young woman's curls were tied to the side as always and her glasses perched on her stubby nose. She got a call that morning before she was able to board the bus and Sho's manager asked her to come here.
"Jamie-chan...."Sho started but Keito-san stopped him.
"I asked her to join us. If she fails today in speaking with Kitagawa-san, she would be sent home " his manager said. Soon Johnny came back.
"Ahh..is this the infamous girl? Ohayou Jamie-chan." he shook her hand and sat back at the head of the conference table. Sho's manager and lawyer moved to make room for Jamie to sit beside Sho."Please do take a seat, my dear."
"Hajimemashite. Anou~ may I just ask...Are you~~?"
"Hai. Johnny Kitagawa desu. But we're not here to talk about me but of you."
"Eh? ME? demou nande?" she was flustered. Kitagawa-dono was in front of her and she was in the Jimousho building.
"Hai. We were talking about you earlier. Sho-kun here has suggested you can stay with us to help with translating and giving your input. I thought I might as well ask the person being recommended first. what do you think?" the old man was asking pleasantly but something told her he wasn't asking nicely.
"Ah...I'd like to work here and get experience. I've always loved talking to people and my work always involved interaction, well talking on the phone at least but I'm not sure if I have the right qualifications....." she said trying not to fidget and show her nervousness.
"Ah..qualifications aside. DO you think you can translate a few lines of some of song for uploading in the JWeb?" the old man asked as she was handed a blank pad and a piece of paper with lyrics of a senpai song she didn't recognize.
"Ahh...I'll do my best. I'm not as good since I'm only self taught."
"You may start whenever you want and please just translate the first stanza of the song"
"Hai." she nodded and started, taking the notebook she always had that had her translations and finished in a matter of five minutes. The paper was handed to Johnny's assistant who read the translation before whispering something to the old man.
"Ah..You've done well my dear. My assistant who is a TouDai graduate, says that you've translated the stanza as a whole and not per line. Why is that?" the old man asked.
"Anou~ that's how I translate back home. Because when you do it per line, the meaning of the song gets confusing and sometimes it sounds funny to a gaijin but I can do it per line if you'd like" the young woman reached for the pad but the owner of the agency waived his hand.
"No that would do. And you say that you're self-taught? You didn't go to a school to learn this?" the old man couldn't believe it but he did see her do it herself.
"Hai. That's how much I love Arashi's music" she blushed as she said it and looked at her hands folded on her lap. Sho reached for them and squeezed one of her hands. She looked up and smiled at him. Kitagawa was thinking deeply. The young woman did prove to do well but to train her....hmmm...
"Well, I'll give you three months to master Nihongo and work with Keito-san. He shall show you around. For the meantime, you'll be in training. No slacking off here in the Jimousho. Sho-kun knows that very well. Now, I have another meeting. Shitsurei shimasu." the old man stood up to leave. Sho smiled widely as her stood and bowed low as the old man left. The rest of them did as well. Jamie was too aghast to move. Sho hugged her tightly.
"I get to keep you here. Arigatou, Jamie-chan" he whispered. The others were already whooping in jubilation and exchanging high-fives.
It was Aiba who tapped Sho's shoulder, causing them to separate/
"We still have a concert, Sho-kun" the funny and tall man grinned.

He heard his keitai ringing when he turned another corner, it was Aiba. He put on his hands free earpiece on, and answered.
"Hai" he chirped happily as he drove on.
"Sho-chan! Have you gotten a call already?" Aiba voice was shaky.
"Eh?Call? No. You just called me, nande?"
"Kitagawa-san has just called the others already. I think it’s about what happened at the airport. He sounds really pissed, Sho-chan." He was really scared at what Kitagawa may do, since he himself had gotten into a fix like that before. His scandal almost cost him his place in Arashi and the Jimousho. He didn't want the same thing to happen to his friend. Sho's smile faded and turned into a scowl.
Damn!" the rapper spat out, slamming on the breaks, causing his van and himself to jolt forward. His younger band mate and friend knew him and his outbursts. This was normal of the rapper. He could remember the same thing happening around this time last year, with a different girl. His friend had found love and had gotten it snatched away from him by the Jimousho, like with most of them. They fought back only to be given an ultimatum, the girl or their careers (more like their contracts). Sho banged his fist on the steering wheel, good thing the road was empty and he hadn't reached the highway yet. He was sure going to get it not only from his manager but also from Johnny himself. He knew it was coming sooner or later but this one was really fast. He didn't even have time to think of what to say. He slowly let go of the break pedal and stepped on the gas lightly, the van drove forward again.
"Ne Sho-kun, please drive carefully. Is Jamie-chan still with you?"Aiba asked in a worried tone. He didn't want both of them in a ccident this time.
"Eh? No..She's already home. I just dropped her off a few minutes ago. Please don't tell her I'm in trouble, she'll just get worried and want to leave again," thee rapper said.
"Sou ka, daijoubu Sho-kun. My lips are sealed," the younger one said and chuckled.
"Ja..I'll have to think of a way to get past Johnny's tirade later ne," Sho said as he turned the corner.
"Hai. I think we just have to brace ourselves for this one. I'm caught in it as well since I was driving the car,"Aiba replied.
"Mah..I know" Sho began but paused and said," Chotto matte.. What do you think if we...."

He was tired but he had to think, he put his house key into the doorknob and turned it. The faint click of the lock opening the door was heard. The tall man went in, setting down his duffel bag and taking off his cap. He turned it upside-down, setting it on the side table and emptied the contents of his pockets into it before letting himself fall back onto the bed.
He has to find a way that Jamie won't be cut out of the picture by Johnny-san, like the other girls that many a Johnny's idol got linked to. He knew that it would be too much if it had to happen to him again. It was almost daylight before his eyes got some time to rest and his clock started bleating that irritating sound but at least he had an idea to go by. Sho didn't wake up easy, his imouto Mai-chan went into his room to turn off the thing and sat beside him on the bed.
He didn't change clothes again; Mai shook her head in dismay. She knew how to wake him up. Kneeling on the bed she leaned over him and tickled his ear,"Oniisama...Sho-niisama..."
"Hmmm...yamero!!" he mumbled, making the younger one giggle and continue to tickle his ear.
"Oniisama!! You'll be late for work!!" Mai-chan pouted strightening up with her hands on her hips. Sho was already awake but pretended to sleep but suddenly grabbed her and tickled her. She squirmed and giggled, " yemette yo, oniichan!"
Her older brother stopped and let his sister go,"Ohayou imouto"
"Mou..you didn't change clothes and you look so tired" the girl said disapprovingly," how will you snag a girl this way? Oh, yeah..girls would fall all over you just to get your attention."
Sho smirked and sighed audibly, patting his imouto's hair. "You're jealous again ne?"
"Me? Jealous? Ha!" Mai imitated his smirked, crossing her arms at him.
"What if I told you that someone was trying not to catch my attention, but caught mine?" He asked.
"I think I know who it is" she smiled knowingly and nudged him, uncrossing her arms.
"Eh? But I haven't told anyone yet..." Sho's face was surprised since it was only a week since Jamie came into his life. He's never told anyone of their situation either.
"Mah...oniichan! You can't even stop yabbering on and one about her!" she giggled up at him, pshing him away and walked over to his audio cd collection and chose a cd, handing it to him. "Doesn't her name rhyme with this artist when said in an American accent?"
"Eh?" he looked at the cd, it was Namie Amuro's 'PLAY' LE. He chuckled at the play of words. Yeah, Jamie did rhyme with Namie if you said the latter's name in American english, he thought.
"I'm right then. Oniichan, I'd like to meet her some time ne." her smile was honest but her expression changed to panic when she saw the clock again,"ne niichan! Its late already!!!!"
"Ah! Sou desu ne..." the rapper scrambled to get off the bed and put the cd back in its place before grabbing his towel and rushitowards the door. But he doubled back and smiled at Mai. "Daijoubu, you'll see her before spring ends"
The young woman nodded and Sho sprinted to the bathroom he shared with his other siblings. He was going to have to brace himself for the verbal onslaught later and prepare himself mentally for his answer to all of Johnny-san's questions. He has to choose his words and try not to let his emotions flare later, in case Johnny says something untoward about Jamie.
Mai let herself out of his older brother's room and got ready for school, she did have her late class today in Keio after all. She really did waht to ge to know the girl that her Niichan was raving about the past week. She wanted to see if she was really nice and if she was worthy of his brother's affection. She sounded too good to be true, but who knew. She might really be that great. The girl busied herself as she got her things and left.

Jamie woke up with a start, she had been thinking of finding a job soon to be able to stay in Tokyo. It was the day of the concert on the ticket she had exchanged with Nanao-chan. It was already 8am when her keitai resounded with the rap part of her favorite Arashi song. It was Sho. Her heart skipped a beat as she looked at the screen.
"Shosuki..." her voice softly spoke his name.
"Ah...Jamie..anou~ how was your sleep?" he asked, his voice was a bit croaky. It was obvious he hardly had any sleep and she heard it loud and clear. It worried her but she couldn't scold him.
"It's ok...." she smiled, her training as a call center agent taught her how to hide her feelings as she spoke over the phone. Sho's chuckle resonated from the other end of the phone. She could practically his face in her mind's eye. She loved hearing his low laughter.
"Yokatta..." he replied.
"Ne I have to go. I need to meet up with the girls. I'll be watching tonight." she said.
"Ah...sou da.. I'll be keeping an eye out for you then. Do bring the others backstage after ne." he said.
"Alright. I will. Ja...bye bye.."
"Oi..chotto matte.."
"Eh?"
"I love you..." he whispered and hung up, not letting her reply, but before he did so Jamie thought she hear the other guys jeering him. She just giggled and rolled her eyes thinking it must have been a dare or something. Shrugging it off as boyish nonsense, she turned off her keitai and got ready to meet the others. She went downstairs and saw her cousin and nephews getting ready for the day.
"Good morning po, Ate." the tall girl greeted her cousin. Sonia was older and had married a Japanese businessman, their two kids, Kenji and Keito were both going to Primary School already.
"Good morning, Jamie. Kumain ka na diyan at maaga pa yung pupuntahan mo 'diba?(Go and eat, you have an early start today right?)" her cousin said, motioning to the table.
"Ahhh.. Opo, Ate Sonia. Ahh..salamat nga po pala ulit sa pag-stay ko rito sa inyo pero sa tingin ko po kelangan ko nang humanap ng sarili kong matitirahan kasi pina-extend po yung Visa ko ng six months (Ahh..hai,Sonia-neechan. Ahh..Thank you for letting me stay here but I think I need to look for my own place to stay because my Visa had been extended to six months.)" Jamie explained as she sat at the table reaching for a bowl and starting to eat.
"Ha? Sinong nagpa-extend? At ang bilis naman! Daig mo pa ang anak ng Presidente ah. At teka, saan ka naman titira? I mean, wala kang trabaho rito, papano mo babayaran 'yun at alam na ba ng Tita Luz yan?(Eh? Who had it extended? And how fast it is! Its better than being
the daughter of the President ne. And wait, where will you stay? I
mean, you have no job, how will you pay for the rent and does
Luz-obasan know about this already?) " , her obasan asked in rapid-fire succession.
"Ah...kasi po si MatsuJun pina-extend po yung Visa ko. Maghahanap po ako bukas ng trabaho, gusto ko rin po sanang i-continue yung kolehiyo ko rito. Sana lang.. hehe.. Ahh..yung bahay po..maghahanap rin po ako bukas. At opo alam na po ni Mama. Nakakahiya naman po sa inyo kung pabigat ako rito sa inyo." (Ah.. MatsuJun had my Visa extended aparently. I'll be looking for a job tomorrow and I also want to continue my college education here. Hopefully... Ahh... the apartment...I'll be looking for one tomorrow as well. And yes, Okasama knows about it already. Its really embarrassing to be staying here for a long time and being a burden) Jamie said.
"Kelan ka ba naging pabigat sa amin, Jamie. Hindi ka naman tamad, binabantayan mo yung mga bata.. (When were you ever a burden to us, Jamie? You're not lazy, you do look after the boys..)" her cousin began and saw that his sons were leaving already,"Oi aren't you two saying goodbye to your obasan?"
"Ittekimasu.." the two boys said from the door. Jamie just smiled and waved. She knew they were good kids, even if they gave her a headache some times. Boys will be boys

"Itterasshai," Jamie and her cousin said from the kitchen. She knew she had to get going and stood up.
"Ay, Jamie...nakita kita kagabi..lumabas ka. Sino yung lalaking yun, ha? Alam rin ba ng Tita 'yon? Baka kaya gusto mong bumukod dahil sa kanya. Ayokong pakialaman ka, pero mag-iingat ka sa mga lalaki rito sa Tokyo. Hindi lahat sila ay katulad ng kuya Kenichi mo.(Ne Jamie..I saw you last night.. you went outside.. Who was that guy ne? Does Obasan know about him? Is he the reason why you want to move out? I don't want to interfere but do be careful of the men here in Tokyo. Not all are as good as your, Kenichi-Oniisan)" Ate Sonia warned her as she moved to get her bag on the couch.
"Ahhh...wala po yun. May ano...may...nakilala ako kahapon may isinoli lang po sa akin. Ah sige po aalis na po ako, Ate Sonia( Ah...that's nothing. He uhm...I met him yesterday and he just gave back something. Ah..ittekimasu, Sonia-nee " Jamie said as she left the house. She wondered if she sounded credible. She really did have to find work and a place to stay....Fast!

Tagalog 101:
*Ate- (pronounced as Ah-teh) is the vernacular for older sister a.k.a. neechan in the Philippines. It is also used as a term for respecting someone older than you even if she isn't your real sister.
*Opo-(pronounced ad Oh-pô) it means Yes but in a polite way. Used in addressing older people or people in higher position.
*Po-(pronounced ad Pô) its used as a suffix or inserted within a sentence for respect/honorific usage.
"Doushite?" Kathy asked as she rubbed her eyes, trying to reach for her glasses. Lhukie was still yawing as she stared at the scene unfolding in front of her, unclear of what was really happening.
"I got the job!!" the tall girl let out as she hugged the two girls on the bed, almost suffocating them.
"Eh? Majide?! Is that the one you told us about last month?" Tina said as she sat up from the bed. Meann in turn, stood up and started jumping up and down on the bed crying,"onedetou"
"We must celebrate! Tonight after the concert, we'll paint the town....in rainbow colors!!!" Kathy said as she hugged her friend. Congratulations were exchanged and the girls got ready to watch the ARASHI concert that afternoon. But based on Kathy's experience, it would be better to be really early to get in early and get the concert goods so they'd be able to enjoy the concert without rushing.
"Why can't Jamie join us? I mean she has the backstage pass badges right?" Tina asked as they were having their brunch at a fastfood nearby.
"Well, she sent me an email last night that she had things to deal with today and she only got a ticket for next sunday and was going to have it exchanged with another fangirl" Annie explained after taking a bite of her burger.
"Who is she exchanging it with, do you know?" asked the spectacled Katz, sipping on her green iced tea.
"She didn't say who it was but I know the fangirl was coming today from Germany. The other fangirl got a ticket for next month and another for tomorrow. So Jamie's getting two tickets. I just wonder what she'll be doing with the other one...." the tall graphics artist muttered.
"Hmmm...in any case, as long as we get to watch tomorrow's concert with Jamie, its all good with me." Katz replied happily. Soon the girls finished their meal and hurried up for the bus stop, its a long way to Tokyo dome.

"Hai. Its a really nice song that Sho suggested to be included last minute. I wonder why." Matsujun smirked as he glanced at their rapper.
"Well its for all the ladies" Sho smiled his most dazzling one and the girls in the dome really squealed.
"Hontou? Is it not for anyone specific?" Jun smirked as Sho's smile faded.
"I know..it's for me ne Sho-kun?" Aiba walked over behind the rapper and wrapped an arm around his neck.
"Yeah, you could say that. But its more for the ladies out there"
"Sou ka" Aiba's face fell and so did his arm around Sho.
"Eh...nande?" the rapper wondered why he moved away.
"Betsu ni..." Aiba said noncahalantly. As he moved over beside Jun.
"Ahh....I think we have a tantrum here...you hurt Aiba-chan's feelings Sho-kun!!" Jun implied as his smirk grew. It was ll part of their MC that night. They knew that the fangirls would love to see them like that. Sho knew that Jamie liked seeing him and Aiba together. He didn't mind since Aiba was a good friend and they knew they would never go there, inasmuch as fans would want them to. Soon it was time for solos again and so they went back stage to change. It was Aiba's solo up next so he hurriedly changed as the others got their bit of rest. Sho went over to Jo-chan, his PA.
"Ne Jo-chan, has Jamie-chan come yet?"he asked.
"Mou...nobody's asked for you yet. Is she nice?" the petite girl asked her boss.
"Ahh..she's very nice and pretty and friendly. You'll like her" he smiled as he described his love to Jo-chan. The young PA was a bit envious since she liked Sho-kun for the longest time. But she was happy he finally stopped playing around. She was actually excited to meet the girl he couldn't stop talking about since the accident. Her boss was so bouncy and giddy all the time now, it made her job easier and it made him look cuter than ever. Sho moved to take his 'the SHOW' towel since he was a bit sweaty already. Jo-chan handed him his next costume, the back shiny one. He shrugged it on and grinned idiotically at his PA, who could swear that she was melting inside from it and just excused herself and started fixing his costumes. At around 10pm it was already encore and someone from the sounds people ushered in a tall and lanky girl. She looked like a foriegner, big brown curls and nice bright brown eyes. She was a bit shy and hesitant about being there in the room and just bowed slightly at the nice young man who helped her find the dressing room.
"Anou~ is Shosuki..eto~ Sho-kun here?" she started to ask but giggled and continued," what am i asking, of course

"S-shosuki..." she blushed lightly, a bit shy at the spectacle they were making of themselves in front of the others.
"Uwah!! Jamie-chan!!"Aiba squealed, obviouly happy to see her. Jun just gave her a wink and that kawaii smirk
"So you've met my PA, Jo-chan. She's really a lot of help to me, I'm glad she's around really" the rapper said.
"See?!?" the older woman gave and i-told-you-so look to the PA, and in turn the other gave a giggle.
"Is there something I'm missing here?" a very confused Sho asked.
"Ah..I'll explain later ne" Jamie said.
"Oh...alright" he said before turning to Jo-chan to ask,"ne did you take it with you? or did we leave it in the van?"
"Ah..sumimasen. It's it the van, in the front passanger seat. Shall I get it?" the PA flustered, getting up to go
"Daijoubu, let's just put all my stuff in the van and I'll do the rest. Gokurosama, Jo-chan" he replied, very
"Hai. I've packed most of the stuff already. I'll just ask the big guys outside to take them to the van. It's great to

"Sou ne. Anou~ you can just drop me off there" she pointed at the corner of her street.
"No. I'll drive you home" Sho said as he turned into her street. She didn't protest any further as he stopped a few houses down the block. She was getting ready to get out of the car when she remembered to turn towards him again.
"Oyasumi, my Shosuki" she whispered planting a quick kiss on his lips before getting out of the van.
"Oyasumi, Jamie. Dream of me ne" Sho didn't argue since any more than that would make his resolve crumble. He drove away when he saw Jamie waving in her bedroom window. He heard his keitai ringing when he turned another corner, it was Aiba.
