{Yume#1 Chapter 6: Game Plan}

Annie and Jamie are left alone in the hospital room.  Annie turns to me wide eyed after closing the door behind her.

"OMG!  What was that, Jamie?" her hands were now on her hips, demanding an explanation.

"Hontouni gomenasai, Annie.  I know I should have told minna -" I stared at my hands folded on my lap.  My voice had begun to quiver.

"Jamie, its not that I'm angry or anything," Annie moves closer to hug me, "knowing you, there must have been a valid reason why or you wouldn't have kept it from us."

Annie pulls away slightly  to look at me then hug me again.  Tears start falling from my eyes," It's just that Shosuki asked me not to..."

"Daijoubu...i understand...daijoubu, jamie-chan.." my friend patted me on the back.

"I j-just feel real b-bad for not tell-ling you," i tried to explain in between sobs.

"Mah..don't worry about it.  I'd have done the same thing if Nino asked me." She said.  Annie didn't like seeing her friend crying since it was just a little white lie.  Nobody would get hurt from it right?  The wavy-haired girl picked up the paper bag that she brought with her and handed it to Jamie.

"Eh?", Jamie wiped her tears in her pajama sleeves and took the package.

For you!" Annie grinned.

"Anou~arigatou.." the girl shyly opened the bag and took the contents out.  It was a red notebook and pen.  Jamie smiled like a happy child who got the birthday present she wanted.

"I know you love to write so I got those for you at the conbini nearby.  Yours seem to have been left back in Manila for some reason" She smiled at the olde woman who was beginning to get all teary-eyed again.

"Annie..." Jamie hugged the younger woman."Thanks so much,  I'm not as good as you are at sketching, although Satoshi-san is giving me pointers, but this!!! This i can do!"

"That's not all...jan~ja~jan!!!"Annie reached into the bag and took out a box of Tongari Corn and a bottle of milk tea.

"Uwah...more food!"Jamie giggled. "You're relly the best, Annie!"

"Oh stop it!"  Annie opened the box of munchies. "Tabemasshou!!"

Afterwhich they started talking about the girls' trips to harajuku and shibuya.

The next day, Nino got out of his van just as Matsujun was walking into the building.

"Matsujun!" Nino called as he pulled hi backpack over his shoulder.  Jun was in his designer sweats again.  In black this time but still ever so fabulous with his shades on.  He took them off to get a better look at who was yelling out his name as he turned around.

"Oi, ohayou!" his smile was really radiant today.  Nino wondered what was with him.  He usually just smiled and nodded his greetings or put an arm over someone's shoulder and says "good morning".

"You seem to be in a good mood today" Nino said as they walked into the dance studio within the Jimousho compound.  Jun smiled smugly as he put down his own bag.  Aiba ans Satoshi saw them come in and greetings were exchanged.  Sho was oblivious, obviously thinking deeply as he was stretching near the windows on the other side of the room.  Today, they were practicing their routines for the concert.  The whole day, Sho was distracted and irritable.  Something he hadn't been for quite a long time now.  It was already late afternoon when they had their last break and Sho was drinking his mineral water when Aiba tried to talk to his friend.

"Yo, Sho-chan!  How's it going lately?" Aiba chirped as the older man crushed the mineral water bottle like he does in the MC part of their concerts.

"No so good, Aiba-chan" He replied after a finishing up the water and throwing it in the trash bin nearby. 

"Yeah, we noticed."Aiba said without sounding rude or sarcastic. "Ne, why don't we all go out tonight?"

"I'll take a rain check on that one" Sho didn't even look at his friend's reaction as he fixed the towel on his head.

""Nande? Are you going out with someone?" Aiba chided him, nudging him with an elbow.

"No.."Sho chuckled.  "I wish I was but no.  I just want to be alone for now, that's all ne."

sho tried to smile sincerely but as they overheard Jun talking on his keitai, it began to fade.

"Hai.  Her name is Jamielou Lynn...yes~yes!" Jun answered to someone at the other end of the line."would it be possible to have her visa extended to six months?"

Jun paused, then smiled, "Yokatta.  Doumo arigatou. "  That told everyone that it was going to be arranged.

But is he really serious? Sho wondered.  What's more, why is he doing this?  What does he plan to do with Jamie-chan?  Did Jamie-chan know about it?  And if so why is he so affected by the whole thing?  Sho was filled with the anger that he felt that he was trying to forget about and put aside the past few days.  It was all resurfacing again.  Jun was obviously going to toy with her.  Just like he did with all the girls he went out with.  Aiba saw the look on sho's face and recognized that is was trouble brewing.  He'd have headed it off the pass if he only knew why his older friend was upset about but Aiba had no chance to stop him.  A few quick strides right after Jun ended the call, Sho was in front of their youngest member.  And with all the seething anger from his chest, knocked Jun over with his closed fist.  It connected to the arashi member's face and cut his lower lip.  A bit of blood flowed from the lesion.  Jun was a bit surprised and annoyed.

"What the fuck was that for?" Jun roared as she was helped up by Satoshi.

"What's wrong with you two?" Nino asked, standing between the two, DS in one hand.

"Sho-chan, why did you his Matsujun?" Riida asked as he restrained the younger member.  Sho was oblivious to the others but he was still trying hard not to hit Jun again, his hands still clenched at his sides.

"What the hell was that all about?" Sho spat, directing his anger at Jun.

"What's what?  I don't know what you're so angry about?" Jun returned the question.

"You're interfering with Rinnu-san's stay here in Tokyo.  You're messing with her.  She's not like your other conquests Matsumoto Jun"  Sho's voice was menacing.  The others feared that they might not be able to restrain him since he was the strongest in the group.

"What's it to you?" Jun started smugly, "I thought you wanted us to help her?  I'm doing just that!  What's wrong with you?"

"Oi, wait a minute. This is getting out of hand ne!" Aiba still held fast onto Sho, wose temper they knew was really the most feared in the group.  He looked from one to the other trying to see if either was going to make a move.

"Stop this ne!" Riida urged them again

"Well he started it!  I'm minding my own business here and "Mister-high-and-mighty-Keio-boy" here smacks pe in the face!" Jun roared.  "I admit it Sho-kun, I like Jamie-chan.  So what's that got to do with you?!  At least I'm not doing this out of pity or guilt like you are.  At least when I want something, I go for it.  At least I can tell anyone I come across with that I like her.  What about you?"

The others dared not breathe for fear that the scene become a full on fight.  After what seemed like forever but was only in fact five seconds, Sho clearly said: " I love Jamie-chan.  And I'd be damned if i let someone like you take her away from me."  At that, he turned and stormed out of the room.  The others just stared as their rapper left.

"Well....that was short and sweet!" Aiba-chan tried to lighten up the atmospere to no avail.

"I've never seen Sho-kun angry like that before", shaking his head, Nino returned to playing his DS to forget the what just happened.

Ohno dropped his hols on Jun," Kowai na"  He glanced at Jun's face and was surprised at the smile that was on his face as he said," Yosh, my plan worked!"

"Eeeeeeh?" all three said in unison, as if it was part of a script.  Jun wiped the blood from his broken lip and smiled again.

"Let's go out and celebrate ne!  My treat.  I'll explain there as well."  Jun picked up his bag as the others followed him.

Writer's note: the next chapters took me a long time to upload..hope you like it ne...gomen na...i'm not able to change the name of the character anymore...it was supposed to be my friend katz but a lot of the scenes are really personal so i couldn't change anything.  hontouni gomenasai katz-chan! ~hugs~ daijoubu...i have a fluff for you in the works ne♥
